This program is a compilation of my life’s work and the tools and techniques in my medicine bag that have helped me over the last 10 years to heal, transmute my biggest roots of pain and trauma into my greatest teachers and allies and to come into my confidence, self-worth and sovereignty in order to become the most aligned and alive version of myself.

In this sacred space, we will journey up through the chakras week by week, tending to our inner garden in a deep and nourishing way, clearing stagnant energy, healing what is called to be tended to, activating our voices and power and getting to know ourselves on a deeper level all while being held and supported by an incredible group of soul aligned women.
