Stress, tension and anxiety are common side effects of living in a fast paced digital world. With so much heaviness and change in our spheres recently, it is important to ground, quiet our minds, connect with our natural body rhythms and get our energetic and physical bodies moving to reinvigorate stagnant chi.
In this workshop we will explore the 5 functions of Chi, the concepts of Yin + Yang and Tai Chi stemming from Traditional Chinese Medicine along with the 4 Directions + Elements rooted in Native American culture. Once we are grounded in our beings, we will flow into a moving meditation based on the principles of Tai Chi. We will invoke and honor the 4 directions and elements as we create sacred space and get our bodies moving and energy flowing to create ease and freedom.

↠ Make sure you have Zoom set up on your device for easy access to the workshop. There is has been a recent update, so please make sure to update ahead of time.
↠ Have a comfy space to sit during the first part of the workshop and stand and move freely during the meditation.
↠ Bring a journal or something to write on if you want to take notes.
↠ I will send out a handout I have created post workshop to all attendees.
