I hope that you and your family and friends are safe and healthy and that you are navigating the seas of this uncharted territory we are sailing through. 

This is a time to reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been lost like our connection to nature and spirit. A time to slow down, turn inward and focus on self-care, grounding, rediscovering ourselves and what is important to us and in our highest alignment of our true purpose. A time for Mother Earth to take a much needed breath, heal and regenerate. This is a new dawn, a new day, a new era. 

Let’s join in community and support and love one another. Let’s give back, protect and learn to live in harmony with Mother Earth and nature that blesses us. Let’s live in the present and soak up the little precious moments in our lives. 

Often times if we are depressed we are living in the past and if we are anxious we are living in the future. We cannot live in the past or the future, life happens in the present. A wonderful way to bring yourself back to the present moment is focusing on your breath, in and out, up and down. Breathing is the most present thing we can do; fore we cannot breathe in the past or the future. The present is a gift so let’s celebrate life and the blessings we have! We will get through this one step at a time, one day at a time, one week at a time, one year at a time. We are all in this together.
