LOVE
What’s love got to do with it? Everything. Love is the most powerful vibration in the universe. It is the highest frequency you can vibrate in and the highest state of consciousness. In the pure frequency of love, there is gratitude, creation, happiness and oneness. Love is all, all is you.

HEART
Listen to your heart, it knows the way. It is the first organ to develop in utero and has been beating in your chest ever since pumping blood throughout your entire being spreading energy and vitality. Your heart knows the story of your life; tales of love, excitement, heart ache, stress, physical pain and trauma. It is your inner compass and guiding light; alerting you when to be cautious and softly holding you when you are safe and need support. It is surrounded by the pericardium which is made up of two fluid sacs that protect your heart from physical trauma and heartache. You have a unique blood type pulsing through your heart, arteries and veins affecting your overall wellbeing.

Your rib cage houses your heart and lungs, providing a framework for the organs to sit comfortably in. Your heart is completely unique to you. Listen to your heartbeat and your heart’s desires and speak your heart’s truth.
