We live in a constant state of doing. There is this external pressure that has been driving us to do more, be more, as if we are trying to prove our worth. We forget that we are Human BEings and not Human DOings.
There is nothing wrong with being in action and creating. It is an exciting part of being human. Though it is important to balance the doing with a pause, reflect and celebrate.
Last week, I graduated Temple Training, my 2nd year of shamanism training with Rose Cole and the Shamanic Academy.
