CULTIVATING A LIFE OF GRATITUDE

Megan Allen

How are you tending to your inner garden?

According to Neuroscientist, Dr. Joe Dispenza, we have between 60-70k thoughts a day and 90% of these are the same thoughts as the day before. The same thoughts lead to the same choices and the same choices, lead to the same behaviors which create the same experiences.

When you change your thoughts, you change your behaviors and you change your life.

Gratitude is the key that unlocks the treasures of life. It is one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration, shift your mindset and change your perspective.

Practicing gratitude can have many positive effects on both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Gratitude is linked to increased happiness reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety. It helps you shift focus from negative thoughts to positive ones, fostering a more optimistic outlook on life.

Expressing gratitude strengthens your relationships by fostering a sense of connection and appreciation. It builds trust and encourages reciprocity in relationships.

Grateful people often have fewer aches and pains, better sleep, and a stronger immune system. The positive emotions associated with gratitude can contribute to overall physical well-being.

Acknowledging what you're thankful for reinforces a sense of self-worth and accomplishment. It helps to recognize your strengths and achievements.

Gratitude cultivates empathy and reduces aggression. It helps in managing emotions and understanding others' perspectives.
Grateful thoughts before bedtime can lead to better and longer sleep, contributing to overall health and well-being.

Regularly acknowledging and appreciating what you have leads to greater life satisfaction. It shifts the focus from lack to abundance.

Developing a daily gratitude practice is key to happiness and a fulfilled life. Just 5 minutes a day whether through journaling, expressing thanks to others or taking time to reflect on the things you are thankful for can completely transform your life.

What are you are grateful for?

I am grateful for you! I want to take this opportunity to Thank You for being a part of my community. Thank you for being uniquely you, exactly as you are. You are a unique expression of the human experience, there is no one like you. Together we can raise the vibration of the planet!

Love + Gratitude,
