We made it to the end of 2020! What a year testing our limits to the max; causing us to turn inward, face choices, challenges and lifestyle decisions that we never could have dreamed of. Despite this roller coaster, I hope you have made the most of this year and spent time with your pod, learned new skills, acquired knowledge, befriended Zoom and FaceTime to see loved ones whom you couldn’t hug and done some soul searching about what is important to you and in your highest alignment on your soul’s path.

With Thanksgiving this week, this is an excellent time to give thanks and express gratitude for our family and friends, our health, community, experiences we have had and things we have both big and small.
