Psychology research shows that those who practice gratitude consistently, have improved health, sleep better, more positive emotions and better relationships.
Gratitude doesn’t just have to be about big things. You can be grateful for the sun shining, a warm cup of tea or the plant in your room.
You can start small with 3-5 things you are grateful for each morning and watch your life transform. I recommend writing them down in your journal or saying them aloud.
